It appears, quite honestly, that Christians would prefer to see the complete demise of Vedic culture altogether, and preach that Hindus are evil, Hindu Gods are evil and violent, and to prove one's conversion to Christianity, they force new converts to step on and tear up pictures of the Vedic Gods and Goddesses.
